It is definitely night time now, but I couldn't just end the day without posting; especially since I really liked my outfit today. Now, I must be off to work on my A Clockwork Orange essay (hence the title, a great, yet disturbing novel to check out if you haven't)

BEETLEJUICE

So I got pretty sick and I couldn't take pictures because I looked so ill. ahhaha

But I am back and will be trying to take pictures as much as possible! 

So pretty much these pants are my favorite thing in my closet right now!

they are definitely a conversation starter and I bought them for only twenty dollars!

The Eighties Diaries

So I was watching the pilot for The Carrie Diaries last night and it inspired some eighties-like fashion today. My wild pants are courtesy of Forever 21, my butterfly earring is from Charming Charlie, my gladiator sandals are Steve Madden, my turtleneck(cropped by me) is from Nordstrom, and my hat I got on sale at Vans. I might be staying in this weekend for my cold and some midterm studying so possibly expect posts this weekend, but if not see you all on Monday!

And The Real Girl

Hey everyone! Just checking in, unfortunately a little later than usual but, still!

I am wearing my madden girl combat boots, with my high waisted urban outfitters pants, nordstrom blazer and long sleeve tee, and my target beanie! Still getting over this sickness, but I am in much higher spirits! WOOT!

sorry I haven't been around the past few days!

i got pretty sick and i pretty much was wearing baggy sweats the entire time.

i'm still not feeling too hot but, i thought I could still get a little fancy.

so i wore my favorite nordstrom leggings, some forever 21 wine colored booties, my favorite t-shirt, and cardigan. with the weird head thing whose name escapes me....

hope no one else gets sick! and hopefully i get better!

Sonnet 130

So today I have to finish my essay analyzing sonnet 130 by shakespeare, but I also want to go to a poetry reading tonight. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. So since I am stressed I wear clothes that make me happy, like my Nordstrom green jacket and blue pants, my Madden girl combat boots, and my new Forever 21 hat. My shirt was my cousins and I think it has a  very George Harrison vibe to it. (: Hope your day is splendid!(sorry i didn't get a pic of my jewelry maybe i will add it later if i have time)

But She Buys Me Chips and Cheese, So I Tell Her She's All I Need

 Today was a little chilly so I pulled out my trusty Nordstrom turtleneck and leggings and threw my cardigan over it, with my Nordstrom coat over that. I paired it with my Steve Madden shoes and some sparkly jewelry. Hope everyone had a great day!
